November 7, 2019. Moscow, Russia. PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) and Sberbank of Russia PJSC (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE, XETRA: SBER) announced signing agreement on strategic cooperation.  The document was signed by Andrei Kazachenkov, Member of the Management Board, First Deputy Director General on behalf of RusHydro and Alexander Vedyakhin, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board on behalf of Sberbank.
The scope of agreement, in addition to cooperation in the field of investment banking, includes cooperation in the field of distributed databases, software robotization platforms,   cloud-based solutions and artificial intelligence.  The agreement also stipulates cooperation in organizing training programs in the field of innovative development.
