The Customer Service Center (CSC) of Chuvashenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group of Companies), reported their performance results for Q3, 2015. Thus, over the last 9 months 4,301 customers visited CSC to raise different issues. Mostly, customers file their requests for technological connection to the power grids of Chuvashenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC. Over this period, 2,145 requests for technological connection were reported, and 1,772 agreements for technological connection were signed, for the total maximum capacity of about 34,623 kW. Specialists of the Customer Service Center provide explanations on technological connection procedures, handle service enquiries and assist in completing necessary forms and documentation. In addition to requests for technological connection, customers visit the center to address a variety of other issues related to electrification in rural settlements, execution and approval of documents, etc. For instance, during the reporting period the Center processed 203 requests for electric power supply to vital infrastructure facilities. The clients also submit requests concerning electricity metering (repair, installation, replacement, and sealing of meters), quality of customer service, etc. As usual, among the most urgent issues are execution and approval of documents on balance inventory delineation and statements of operational responsibilities delineation (1,166 applications) and approval of land use planning documentation (61 applications).
