Following the results of work during eight months of the current year the division of interaction with clients of Ulyanovsk distributive power grids, a branch of IDGC of Volga, JSC (enters into JSC Rosseti group of companies) accepted 1 705 applications on various issues. Mainly 1132 applications on technological connection arrive from clients. The most of them are the application from natural persons on connection of houses. Except demands for technical accession, inhabitants of the region file petitions concerning renewal of technical documentation in the course of change of the owner and extension (change) of the specifications of validity period. In comparison with the similar period of the previous year the number of the signed contracts for technological accession increased by 6%. All in all since the beginning of year 993 contracts for the general maximum power of 38 153 kW were signed. Among them are contracts for connection of social infrastructure objects, agro-industrial complex, small and average business, municipal educational and cultural authorities, inhabited settlements. The division of interaction with clients of Ulyanovsk DG functions since 2008. Specialists of the division render complex service in the questions concerning process of technological accession, explain an operations procedure at connection to electric networks, help to fill in necessary documents. Statements on technical connection with a maximum power up to 15 kW are also adopted in production offices of branch - in Dimitrovgrad, Barysh and Novospassk. Ulyanovsk DG, carrying out active work on technological accession to power grids of new consumers, realization of effective housing policy promotes and in general promotes social and economic development of the region.
