Some companies residing in the Saratov region still ignore their electricity bills. Non-payers refrain from discharging or restructuring their debts to IDGC of Volga, PJSC which inevitably accumulate from month to month. Judging by the amount of their debts which is dozens and even hundreds of millions of rubles, debtors are afraid neither of failure to pay in time nor multiple court awards in favor of IDGC of Volga, PJSC.
Just in July, 2016, one of these non-payers, OOO EnergoKholding, was short 455 th. rubles in its payments for power transmission services.
Other debtors owe much more money. For example, another persistent debtor, OOO RT-ET, fail to pay 3.037 million rubles for services delivered by IDGC of Volga, PJSC during the same period which is almost 7 times higher than the above debt. As of the beginning of 2016, total debt of that company is about 21.6 million rubles.
One of persistent non-payers, ZAO NESK, owes 37.6 million rubles to IDGC of Volga, PJSC. Such a debt accumulated over 4 months only.
ZAO SPGES is at the top of this list with its unbeatable debt of 218 million rubles. Growing debt of this company shows that it's not eager to fulfill its financial obligations while keeping its subscribers on their toes.
Being a socially conscious company, IDGC of Volga, PJSC uses its own resources and borrows money to complete its repair and investment programs as planned. Responsibility to consumers is one of basic work principles of the company. However, IDGC of Volga, PJSC is unable actually to lend money to reckless non-paying contracting parties.
