Wednesday, September 20 – AO MOSENERGO carried out the first trials of its thermal power TPP-27 heating system for the town of Mytishchi.
The amount of heat energy supplied to the town during the heating season of 2006-2007 will amount to 100 GCal/h – enough to satisfy the heating requirements of 150 new apartment blocks.
The increase in the volume of heat energy provision is linked with the necessity to develop residential building infrastructure in the town of Mytishchi. Apart from the fact that the capacities of the existing boiler houses are not designed to cater for the growth in residential construction in the area, the equipment is getting out of date and is continually being taken out of service.
The increase in heat energy supplied by TPP-27, which is capable of supplying both electrical and heat energy simultaneously, will allow to reduce the number of boiler-houses and improve the ecological situation in the region.
