Moscow, October 21, 2004. CenterTelecom (RTS: ESMO, ESMOP; OTC: CRMUY) informs about the payment of the 5th coupon on Series 02 certificated coupon non-convertible bearer bonds.
The issue resolution (registration number 4-02-00194-A) approved by CenterTelecom Board of Directors fixed the rate of the fifth coupon at 16 % per annum (RUR 80.22 per bond).
The total interest payable is RUR 48 132 000 (forty-eight million one hundred and thirty two thousand) 00 kopecks.
The issuer’s obligation has been performed in full on October 21, 2004.
