Moscow, October 4 2004. The Order of the Minister of Information Technologies and Communications of the Russian Federation as of September 30 2004 awarded Master of Communications designation to Ella Zhuravleva, CenterTelecom HR Director and Deputy General Director, for her contribution to the development and perfection of technologies and means of communications and many years of dedicated work in the industry.

At the award ceremony the company’s General Director Ruben Amaryan congratulated Mrs. E.Zhuravleva, thanked her for many years of outstanding works and mentioned her personal contribution to the company’s development.

In addition, E.Zhuravleva was awarded a Svyazinvest Letter of Award for her contribution to the development and perfection of means of communications.

The Master of Communications designation is awarded to outstanding communication professionals for their significant contribution to telecommunications development in Russia, success in the development and perfection of means of communications and improvement in the customer service. The Master of Communications designation is only awarded to current communications employees with at least 15 years of experience and at least one year in the current position.
