PJSC Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel
Works ("MMK", or "the Group") (MOEX: MAGN)
announces that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “AGM”)
was held in person on 30 May 2025.
The AGM
decided not to pay dividends for FY 2024 and to approve net profit
distribution for FY 2024, as recommended by the Board of Directors.
This included dividends paid for 1H 2024, totaling RUB 27.87 billion
(RUB 2.494 per share incl. tax).
The shareholders also
approved:
The Annual report and financial statements
for 2024;
AO “Business Solutions and Technologies”
as MMK’s auditor;
Remuneration and compensation paid to members
of the Board of Directors during their performance of duties in
2024-2025.
