Pursuant to the decision of the Board of Directors of "Southern Telecommunications Company" PJSC and according to the Order of UTK CEO Vladimir Gusev was appointed Deputy Director General – Director of the Adygeia branch of "Southern Telecommunications Company" PJSC.

Vladimir Gusev was born in 1964 in Leningrad. He graduated from the Leningrad Ustinov Mechanical Institute with a diploma of mechanical engineer.

In 1992 – 2003 he was the General Director of CJSC «Computer Land Saint Petersburg». In 2003-2004 he held the post of the commercial director at OJSC «Center of Computer technologies» (Saint Petersburg). Since July 2004 he was a financial director of NP RES «Legal Institute» (Saint Petersburg).
