On July 1, 2005 Lyudmila Krasulya was appointed the Deputy Director General of "UTK" PJSC for Human Resources. Earlier, she headed the personnel department of UTK’s branch “Electrosvyaz” of Stavropol Territory".

Lyudmila Krasulya was born in 1956. In 1977 she graduated from the Kuban Agricultural University as an economist. She passed retraining in the Academy of National Economics at the Government of the Russian Federation according to the program “Personnel management”. She has been working in the telecommunications sector since 1997.
