On March 3, 2005 Board of Directors of "Southern Telecommunications Company" PJSC adopted the decision to increase the membership of the Company’s Management Board from 17 to 18 persons.

Former personal membership of UTK’s Management Board was not changed, but Georgy Romsky, new General Director of "UTK" PJSC appointed on March 3, 2005, entered the Management Board as its Chairman.

On March 03, 2005 the Company’s Board of Directors adopted the decision to consider Georgy Romsky to take up the duties of the Chairman of the Management Board of "UTK" PJSC.
