On 11 November 2003 Concern “Kalina” has paid out income 18 705 500 rubles for seventh coupon period on 550 thousand bonds of the second series with nominal 1000 rubles. The amount of coupon income per one bond is 34.01 rubles.
The press department of Concern it was said that income for the eighth coupon income which starts since today amounts 13,85% i.e. 34.53 rubles per one bond.
The term of bonds circulation – 728 days since the date of placement. The date of retirement of bonds is 10 February 2004. These bonds have 8 coupon periods. Floating coupon income on bonds pays out quarterly and depends on interest rate of applicable OFZ. Dates of pay out are fixed: 14 May 2002, 13 August 2002, 12 November 2002, 11 February 2003, 13 May 2003, 12 August 2003, 11 November 2003, 10 February 2004. At this there was provided possibility of pre term pay out of bonds in year after the bonds placement. Within noticed period National Depositary Center received no application with demand for pre term payment.
We notice that decision about issue of bonds approved the Board of Directors of Concern “Kalina” on 28 September 2001. Federal Commission of Securities of Russian Federation in the Meeting on 15 November 2001 registered this issue on 12 February 2002. Underwriter of the issue is Invest Company “Troika dialog”. Report about results of bonds issue was registered by Federal Commission of Securities in the Meeting on 1 March 2002.
We notice also that before Concern “Kalina” has already issued bonds of series 001 with floating coupon on 70 million rubles. The report about results of their issue was registered on 18 July 2001. The term of circulation of bonds of series 001 is three years – till 05 March 2004. Floating coupon income pays out quarterly and depends on the rate of refinance.
