Today the Gazprom Management Committee envisaged the Gazprom employment insurance development conception. The Management Committee decided to take as a basis the presented version of Conception.

Gazprom Personnel Management Department is obliged to prepare Concept Implementation Plan in two weeks.

The meeting emphasized that the Conception was developed with account of international experience and will stimulate implementation of Gazprom modern standards in the personnel management sector.

The Development Conception for Gazprom Employment Insurance establishes the following voluntary personal insurance principles for employees of Gazprom administration and its subsidiaries:

• Integrated ways of insurance for Gazprom subsidiaries;
• Competitiveness of insurance tariffs on the insurance services market;
• Insurance norms identification;
• Application of collective insurance as well as contract conclusions with one insurer for different insurance products to reduce financial costs;
• Insurance premium rate differentiation for persons insured depending on professional and social risk level.

The list of Gazprom’s subsidiaries to be covered by the conception will match the list of subsidiaries indicated in the Collective General Agreement.

At present Gazprom and its subsidiaries use the following types of insurance products:

• Life insurance;
• Voluntary medical insurance;
• Casualty insurance;
• Travel insurance.
