Gazprom’s Board of Directors regular meeting will be held on April 27 at 5 p.m. The meeting is planned to discuss the following questions on:

• The system to manage Gazprom’s mineral and raw material base;
• Gazprom’s activity to expand natural gas use as the motor fuel;
• Gazprom’s strategy to develop Sakhalin shelf resources;
• Gazprom’s dividend policy;
• The system to stimulate Gazprom’s heads remuneration.
