Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee and Fulvio Conti, Chief Executive Officer of Enel signed today during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2013 a document contemplating possible acquisition of the Marcinelle Energie combined cycle power plant (CCPP).
The parties praised the progress with the talks on that deal and expressed their hope for completing all project agreements by year-end 2013, including a Purchase and Sale Agreement for a 100 per cent stake in the company owning the Marcinelle Energie CCPP.
