Pursuant to a Gazprom order Nikolai Dubik has been named as Head of the Company’s Legal Department.

Nikolai Dubik was born in 1971 in the town of Orekhovo-Zuyevo, Moscow Oblast. In 1993 he graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University majoring in Law.

Over 1992 to 1997 N. Dubik worked for the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation.

Since 1997 N. Dubik has been with Gazprom. Between 2002 and 2003 he was Head of the Directorate of Legal Support for International Business, between 2003 and 2008 – Deputy Head of the Legal Department. In 2008 he was appointed as First Deputy Head of Gazprom’s Legal Department.

Konstantin Chuychenko has been relieved of the post of Head of Gazprom’s Legal Department due to transfer to another job.
