Moscow, January 20, 2006. The Ryazan branch of OJSC «CenterTelecom» was awarded Diploma of the Russian Union of Industrialist and Entrepreneurs (Employers) for the great contribution into the training of management personnel in the framework of implementation of the State Plan for Training of Management Personnel for the organizations related to the national economy of the Russian Federation.

In 2004 - 2005, according to «Regulation on provision of training in the Russian organizations (enterprises) in the framework of the Presidential program for 2002/03 – 2006/07 academic years» and on the base of the concluded agreements, the Ryazan branch of OJSC «CenterTelecom» accepted for training specialists, who passed the educational program in the framework of the Presidential program.

The State Plan for Training of Management Personnel provides for annual training of top and line managers at the Russian educational institutions and foreign enterprises. The work on implementation of the State Plan in Russia and abroad is known as «Presidential program». In 2004 in the framework of the Presidential program the new type of training was introduced – training at the leading Russian enterprises.

The high level of activities on training of management personnel conducted by the specialist from the Ryazan branch of OJSC «CenterTelecom» is proved by the honorary award.
