At Sistema’s1 request, MTS’ Board of Directors has set the date for the Company’s extraordinary general meeting for March 28, 2006.
Issues entered into the extraordinary general meeting’s agenda by the Company’s Board of Directors include early termination of its members’ duties and the election of new candidates to the Board.
