At the Norwecom-2006 exhibition held from the 14th  to the 16th of February, OJSC North-West Telecom will present for the first time a service of access to the Internet using the ADSL technology under the new @vangard trademark.

The product under the @vangard mark will be promoted in the market of St. Petersburg and all regional branches of the company. The sales of the service will be arranged on the basis of clients servicing centers of all branches of OJSC NWT. Besides, it will be possible soon to submit an order for ADSL connection through an operator of the call center using the telephone number 057 or via a specialized products Internet portal of NWT, which the company created guided by the world experience of introducing and promoting new products.  Address of the portal in the Internet: https://www.avangard-dsl.ru.

An alternative communication operator – the Liniya 1 (Line 1) company, – which already has got a positive experience of organizing retail sales (services of digital telephony, access to the Internet, and accompanying content), is a partner of NWT in entering the ADSL services market.  The participation of  Liniya 1 in the project will consist in arranging active mass sales, including those through dealership networks. 

This is the first joint project of OJSC North-West Telecom and CJSC Liniya 1 providing for active cooperation with the companies in the course of implementing it.  North-West Telecom has been operating in the market of traditional services for a long time, having a good experience in mass clients servicing, and CJSC Liniya has a vast experience in promoting new products and innovation solutions. As Deputy General Manager – Commercial Director of OJSC NWT O. Popov noted, "the interaction of the sales services and subscriber departments of the two companies will make it possible for OJSC North-West Telecom to promote more efficiently the services of broadband access to the Internet.
