On 10 February 2006 Nikolay Martynenko was appointed Deputy Director General of "UTK" PJSC – Director of the branch “Volgogradelectrosvyaz”. Earlier, he was Deputy Director General of "UTK" PJSC – Technical Director.

Nikolay Martynenko was born in 1971. In 1998 he graduated from Moscow Technical University of Telecommunications and Informatics as a telecommunications engineer.

From 2003 till 2004 he held the post of Director of Telecommunications Department of "UTK" PJSC, from 2004  till 2006  he was Deputy Director General of "UTK" PJSC – Technical Director.
