On March 03, 2005 UTK’s Board of Directors adopted the decision to appoint Georgy Romsky as CEO at "UTK" PJSC.

Georgy Romsky was born on January 03, 1956. In 1978 he graduated from the Leningrad Electrotechnical Communications Institute after M.A. Bonch-Bruevich as a telecommunications engineer. Till July 2000 he was Technical Director of OJSC “Saint-Petersburg long-distance and international telephony”, since July, 2000 – Deputy Director General of “Svyazinvest” OJSC. Georgy Romsky holds an honorary title “ Master of Telecommunications”.
