Moscow – March 11, 2005 – Svyazinvest: On March 11, 2005, Vadim Belov is relieved of his duties as OAO Svyazinvest Deputy Director General, to be appointed Advisor to the RF Informatisation and Communications Minister. 

For personal reasons, Yevgeny Yurchenko is also released of his position of OAO Svyazinvest Deputy Director General.
