At August 16-21, Kazan Helicopters has presented Mi-17, Ansat and Aktai helicopters at the International Airshow MAKS-2005. 42 countries, 654 companies and 200 aircrafts from all over the world have participated at this Air Show.

The company's leading specialists have worked at the exhibition. Kazan Helicopters showed models of Mi-17, Ansat, Aktai helicopters and gave explanation concerning all necessary technical data. The Prime Minister of Tatarstan Republic - Rustem Minnikhanov and Russia Vice-Premier of industry Boris Aleshin have paid a visit to Kazan Helicopters’ stand. Specialists, representatives of military and civil departments from different countries showed interest in Kazan Helicopters products. The negotiation with Kazan Helicopters operators (from Asia , Africa , South America ), suppliers of avionics and materials (from USA , Germany , Canada , France ) were carried on.

Demonstration flights of multipurpose Ansat helicopter and first military prototype Ansat-2R (reconnaissance-target designator) have impressed specialists and guests of the MAKS-2005 air show.
