Dmitry Rybolovlev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Uralkali: 2007 was one of the hardest, yet at the same time one of the most successful years for our company. We worked hard to increase the volume of extraction and the output, as well as to fulfill the accelerated program of production development. As a result we, managed to improve the results of the year 2006 by almost 25 % and exceed our production plan by 3 %. Favorable climate on the world markets and growth of demand for potassium chloride in a tight market allowed Uralkali, and our partners in joint venture Belarusian Potash Company to substantially increase potash prices on the leading markets of the world. In October 2007 Uralkali passed a difficult test: the Company listed part of its shares on the London Stock Exchange. These shares became much in demand with investors. It shows that the company's strategy is right and the company is stable and has great prospects. The results of the year 2007 convince us that Uralkali has good prospects and reserves for future development. I am sure that the fulfillment of the investment programs, the favorable business climate ( which will remain stable in the short-term outlook) and our proactive position on the world markets will let the Company continue its successful and balanced development during the next few years.
