Moscow, 8 April 2005. Anatoly Chubais, the Chairman of the Management Board of RAO "UES of Russia", will take part in the 8^th Annual Russian Economic Forum which will take place in London, UK on April 10-12 2005.

Within the framework of the Forum Anatoly Chubais will make a presentation on the final stage of Russian electric power industry reform. The Forum will also be attended by the Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Aleksei Kudrin, London Mayor Ken Livingston, EC Commissioner for Trade Peter Mendelson, President of Alfa-Bank Peter Aven, and others.

The Forum will also include a session on Russian power reform. The speakers in this session are Vladimir Avetisyan, Member of the Management Board and Executive Director of Business Unit 2 of RAO "UES of Russia", and Yuri Udaltsov, Head of the Reform Management Center of RAO "UES of Russia". Other participants of the session include the Chairman of the Management Board of Non-profit Partnership "Administrator of the Trading System" (NP "ATS") Dmitry Ponomarev, the Chairman of the Management Board of OAO "Complex Energy Systems" Mikhail Slobodin, and the Chairman of the ESN Group Grigory Berezkin.
