On April 29, 2005 the Board of Directors fixed the place and date of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

The AGM will take place on June 23, 2005 at 10.00 a.m. (local time) in Ekaterinburg, location: 143, Mamin-Sibiryak St., Ekaterinburg, Russia. The registration of persons participating in the meeting starts at 8.00 a.m.
