The branch Svyaz of Komi Republic of OJSC North-West Telecom has successfully completed the certification of the quality management system for conformity to the standard GOST R ISO 9001-2001 (ISO 9001:2000) in relation to the design and provision of communications services.

The conformity certificate (Reg. No. ROSS RU.IS 39 ?00092) was issued by an independent certification body, Quality Systems Certification Center (QSCC) “Interecoms”. It was delivered on April 1, 2005 at the VII International Congress “The quality of management is the quality of business” in Moscow.

The certificate confirms the high level of the communications services provided by Svyaz of Republic of Komi. The quality system is strictly supervised within the branch as well as by the special authorities supervising the quality of communications services.

QSCC Interecoms is an independent noncommercial organization operating as an independent unit since 1998. The Center was founded by LLC Interecoms Research Institute for the Economics of Communications and Information Technologies which has 13 years’ experience of communications services and quality systems certification within the System of Voluntary Certification of Communications Services, Information Technologies and Quality Systems registered in the Register of the State Standards Committee of Russia (N ROSS RU0001.04YaYe00).
