Moscow, 11 April 2005. The Management Board of RAO "UES of Russia" approved the appointment of the Director General of OAO "Tomskenergo" Sergey Kozhemyako as Director General of OAO "TGC-11".

Sergey Kozhemyako was born in 1963 in the village of Abramovka, Bolotninsky District, Novosibirsk Region. In 1999, he graduated in Electric Power Systems and Networks from the Novosibirsk State Technical University, and the Siberian State Geodesic Academy where he specialised in Enterprise Economy and Management. In 1981-1985, he worked at the Novosibirsk Condenser Plant. In the 1990s, Mr. Kozhemyako held managerial positions at some enterprises in the city of Novosibirsk. In 2000-2001, he became Deputy Director of Operations at OAO "Krasnoyarskenergo". In 2001, he joined OAO "Khakasenergo" as Director General, and was appointed Director General of OAO "Tomskenergo" in 2003.
