Gazprom’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting elects new Board of Directors

Based on the voting held during Gazprom’s Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting, 11 persons have been elected to the Company’s Board of Directors.

The newly elected Board members were voted for in the way as follows:

1,515,173 votes were against all candidates, with 12,700,667 submitted as voting abstentions.

The Meeting also re-elected the 9-member Auditing Commission and ratified a handful of transactions of corporate interest and to be potentially executed by the Company in the course of regular business.

However, the Meeting did not approve amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association, brought forward by a group of shareholders owning a total of 2.43% of corporate voting stock.
