Moscow. 29 June 2005. The Federal Service for Financial Markets (FSFM) of Russia registered on 28 June 2005 the share issues of the companies spun off from OAO "Tomskenergo" and OAO "Dagenergo".
The FSFM registered the share issues and share placement reports of OAO "Tomsk Energy Management Company", OAO "Tomsk Distribution Company", OAO "Tomsk Energy Retail Company", OAO "Tomsk Transmission Grids", OAO "Tomskenergoremont", OAO "Tomskelektrosetremont", OAO "Dagenergo Management Company", and OAO "Dagestan Heat Generation Company".
In accordance with the Resolutions on share issuance and share placement reports, the following amounts of shares were issued:
1. OAO "Tomsk Energy Management Company":
- 3,819,315,580 uncertificated registered preferred shares, par value RUB0.0002 per share, for a total value of RUB763,863.116. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-55086-E.
- 576,693,000 uncertificated registered preferred shares, par value RUB0.0002 per share, for a total value of RUB115,338.6. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 2-01-55086-E.
2. OAO "Tomsk Distribution Company":
- 3,819,315,580 uncertificated registered preferred shares, par value RUB 0.4916 per share, for a total value of RUB1,877,575,539.128. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-50128-A;
- 576,693,000 uncertificated registered preferred shares, par value RUB0.4916 per share, for a total value of RUB283,502,278.8. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 2-01-50128-A.
3. OAO "Tomsk Energy Retail Company":
- 3,819,315,580 uncertificated registered ordinary shares, par value RUB0.0071 per share, for a total value of RUB27,117,140.618. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-50130-A;
- 576,693,000 uncertificated registered preferred shares, par value RUB0.0071 per share, for a total value of RUB4,094,520.3. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 2-01-50130-A.
4. OAO "Tomsk Transmission Grids":
- 3,819,315,580 uncertificated registered preferred shares, par value RUB0.27378 per share, for a total value of RUB1,045,652,219.4924. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-55087-E;
- 576,693,000 uncertificated registered preferred shares, par value RUB0.27378 per share, for a total value of RUB157,887,009.54. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 2-01-55087-E.
5. OAO "Tomskenergoremont":
- 3,819,315,580 uncertificated registered preferred shares, par value RUB0.0021 per share, for a total value of RUB8,020,562.718. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-55088-E;
- 576,693,000 uncertificated registered preferred shares, par value RUB0.0021 per share, for a total value of RUB1,211,055.3. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 2-01-55088-E.
6. OAO "Tomskelektrosetremont":
- 3,819,315,580 uncertificated registered preferred shares, par value RUB0.00067 per share, for a total value of RUB2,558,941.4386. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-50129-A;
- 576,693,000 uncertificated registered preferred shares, par value RUB0.00067 per share, for a total value of RUB386,384.31. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 2-01-50129-A.
7. OAO "Dagenergo Management Company":
- 5,269,115,472 uncertificated registered preferred shares, par value RUB0.00002 per share, for a total value of RUB105,382.,30944. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-50132-A.
8. OAO "Dagestan Heat Generation Company":
- 5,269,115,472 uncertificated registered ordinary shares, par value RUB0.034 per share, for a total value of RUB179,149,926.048. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-50131-A.
The state registration of the new companies was completed on 31 March 2005 and 2 May 2005.
The share registers of these companies are administered by OAO Moscow Central Depository.

Information for the attention of stock market participants:
Shares in the spin-off companies were distributed among the existing shareholders of the company reorganized through spin-off.
Shareholders in the reorganized regional energo are entitled to receive, for each share of the relevant category (type) held by them, shares of the same category (class) in each of the newly established companies, at a ratio determined in the resolution on the reorganization.
The date on which the shares in the spin-off companies are placed is the date of state registration of the companies established as a result of regional energos' reorganization. The new shares are to be credited to the securityholder accounts with registrars and to the securities safekeeping accounts with securities depositories in accordance with the records in the share register of the regional energo as at such date.
The new shares are to be credited to the securityholder accounts by the Registrar maintaining the share registers of the newly established companies.
