By Order No. 61-p of the Russian Federation Communications and Information Technologies Minister Natalya N. Artemova has been awarded the title Master of Communications.

The title Master of Communications – the highest prize in the telecommunications industry – is awarded to best communications professionals for the successful development and improvement of communications facilities, improvement of services for individuals, enterprises, institutions and organizations, introduction of new equipment and technologies, who have worked in the industry for more than 15 years.

Ms. Artemova has worked in the industry and our company for more than 32 years. Immediately after graduating from the Professor M.A. Bonch-Bruyevich Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute in 1973 Ms. Artemova went to work at the Leningrad Intercity Telephone Exchange. Loyal to her profession, N.N. Artemova is now the head of the communications operators department of OJSC North-West Telecom.

Great experience enables her to deal with the most difficult tasks: Ms. Artemova took an active part in developing a new version of the Telephone Services Provision Rules. During the festivities of the tercentenary of St. Petersburg, it was under her direct guidance that a new service – a network of WEB-payphones –   was introduced for the residents and guests of St. Petersburg.

Ms. Artemova is an outstanding professional, able to take the right decision in any situation. Her diligence, purposefulness, insistence are surprisingly combined with womanliness, gracefulness and infinite charm.
