Members of the Company’s Management Board are three Deputy General Directors.

Board of Directors of IDGC of North-West increased the structure of the Company’s Management board from 7 to 10 persons. The decision about it was taken at the meeting as of August 25, 2009.

The following persons were elected to the Management Board: Vladimir Shchelkonogov, Organisational Development and HR Management Deputy General Director, Aslan Chekhoev, Investments Deputy General Director and Vladimir Shestov, Safety Deputy General Director.

Earlier the following persons were elected to the Management Board of IDGC of North-West: Alexander Kukhmay, General Director of  IDGC of North-West, Georgiy Turlov, Deputy General Director – Chief Engineer, Anatoliy Ignatiev, Logistics and Material and Technical Support Deputy General Director, Alexander Mikhalkov, Anatoliy Kushneriv, Corporate Governance Deputy General Director, Olga Makarova, Economy and Finances Deputy General Director, and Vladimir Bloshitsyn, Capital Construction Deputy General Director.
