TMK announces that its TMK-Kaztrubprom subsidiary began shipments of oil country tubular goods (OCTG).

TMK-Kaztrubprom shipped 240 tonnes of tubing with couplings.

Kaztrubprom joined TMK in June 2008 and specialises in the threading and finishing of tubing and casing pipes used in the oil and gas industry. The company’s production capacity is 60 thousand tonnes of pipes per year.

“Having production capacity in Kazakhstan allows us to increase the Company’s output of high-technology tubular goods and strengthen TMK’s position in the promising Central Asian energy markets, where the oil and gas sector is actively being developed”, said TMK CEO, Konstantin Semerikov
