Moscow, 2 August 2005. The Mass Media Relations Department of the Corporate Center of RAO "UES of Russia" has been awarded diplomas of the Russian Public Relations Association (RPRA) and the RIA Novosti Information Agency for ensuring information openness and efficient interaction with the mass media.

The awards ceremony was held as part of the celebration of the PR Specialist Day held a few days ago. The RPRA Executive Council, which includes Russia's leading experts in Public Relations, noted the Department's pro-active efforts to ensure maximum information openness of RAO UESR's activities, and highly appreciated the professionalism of the Department's staff.
