JSC Rostelecom national long-distance carrier has announced appointment of Svetlana Sinadskaya to the position of Deputy General Director. Mrs. Sinadskaya’ s responsibility will embrace elaboration of marketing and tariff policy and interaction with state regulatory bodies.

After graduation from the department of information science of the Russian State Humanitarian University and completed training at Darden Graduate School of Business Administration (University of Virginia, USA), Svetlana Sinadskaya worked with several investment companies. Since 2001 up to date Mrs. Sinadskaya served as a Head of Department for Economic and Tariff policy of JSC Svyazinvest.
On August 8, 2005 she was nominated as Deputy General Director of Rostelecom.
