Alexey Miller, Chairman of Gazprom’s Management Committee met with Leonid Mikhelson, Chairman of OAO NOVATEK Executive Board, discussing issues on cooperation, plans for NOVATEK development. The parties stated that Gazprom has almost finalized a deal to acquire a share of NOVATEK which will be completed in the near future.
