PRISCO tankers are finishing summer navigation in Sakhalin. Andrei Sychev, Director of Fleet Department reported m/t “Kamensk-Uralskiy” left port-point Okruzhnoye with 15,000 tons of hydrocarbon fuel aboard, m/t “Azija” of 40,000 tons dwt. has made the last voyage from De-Kastri and is preparing to go to Lanshan. In December m/t “Azija” will be changed for four Samotlor series tankers of ice-strengthened class and 17,000 tons dwt. each. They will be transporting oil from the port in the north of Khabarovsk region up to the beginning of next summer navigation. M/t “Primorye” has been already transporting hydrocarbon products from Vityaz Marine Terminal for the fourth year. In the nearest time Aframax will be loaded from the storage tanker “Okha” and will deliver cargo to Japan for the 11th time in this season. This year m/t “Primorye of 105,000 tons dwt. has already transported more than 1,000,000 tons of oil extracted within Sakhalin-II Project, in 2003 there were delivered nearly 631,000 tons from Vityaz Marine Terminal to the countries of North-Eastern Asia.
