Moscow, 16 August 2005. As a measure to ensure liquidity of securities of the companies established in the course of electricity reform, the management bodies of RAO "UES of Russia" decided to float the newly established companies' shares on stock exchanges.
Shares of the following spin-off companies of regional energos will be included on the list of non-listed securities of ZAO "MICEX Stock Exchange" with effect from today: OAO "SmolenskenergosbytCompany" and OAO "Lipetsk Energy Retail Company", spun off from OAO "Smolenskenergo" and OAO "Lipetskenergo".
