The branch of Territorial generating company No.9 “Sverdlovsk heat networks” completely developed water ciuculation in heat runs of Ekaterinburg and Verkhnyaya Pyzhma, practically in full in Berezovsky. Today in Ekaterinburg there is heat in 59 kindergartens, 45 schools, 10 hospitals. Apartment houses are preparing for connection.

In JSC “TGC-9” preparation of stations and heat networks for work in autumn-winter period is finished according to the schedule.
They have already finished major and current repairs of equipment of TGC-9 stations in Sverdlovsk region. So, for today they have actually repaired 13 boilers, 6 turbines, 6 generators. They are running a schedule of auxiliary equipment repairs.

Within the limits of the repairing program they have executed pressure testing of heat networks. In Ekaterinburg they have changed 1,52 km of the heat run.
They continue fill of fuel at TGC-9 generating stations. They filled 92 thousand tons of coal and 12 thousand tons of black oil over the task of RAO”UES of Russia”.
1500 applications for connection of heat have come from Ekaterinburg consumers. Concerning some consumers it is early to speak about the complete readiness yet: some enterprises are not ready for heat connection: 200 enterprises financially and 51 technically. On the whole the situation in Ekaterinburg is quite favourable, present indebtedness is insignificant in comparison with the previous years and won’t lead to break of the heating season. Schedules of payment have already been drawn, negotiations with consumers-non-payers are in process.

They have already started to provide with heat consumers of Krasnoturyinsk, Kachkanar, Pervouralsk. In Kamensk-Uralsky and Artyomovsky the situation is worse. In spite of Sverdlovteplosbyt efforts, behaviour of some consumers causes serious anxiety. Some enterprises, which have accumulated substantial indebtedness, cannot guarantee payment of the already used energy resources and consumption of the coming heating season. So, the debt of “Kamensk communal company” (Kamensk-Uralsky) is over 94 million RUR, besides the certificates of technical preparedness of the debtor’s energy objects for heat receipt have not been signed so far. “EKMO ZHKH” also has substantial debts of 59,5 million RUR.
