Moscow, 19 September 2006. The Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia (FSFM) registered the share issue and share placement report of OAO "Kuzbassenergo Trunk Electricity Grids" spun off in the course of restructuring of OAO "Kuzbassenergo".

According to the resolution authorizing the share issue, the Company is to place 606,163,800 ordinary shares, par value RUB1 per share, worth a total of RUB606,163,800. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-55224-E.
