Moscow, 6 September 2005. As a measure to ensure liquidity of securities of the companies established in the course of electricity reform, a decision was taken by the management bodies of RAO "UES of Russia" to float the newly established companies' shares on stock exchanges.
Shares of the following spin-off companies of regional energos will be included on the list of non-listed securities of ZAO "MICEX Stock Exchange" effective today: OAO "Kostroma Generation Company", and OAO "Ivanovo Generation Company" established as a result of restructuring of OAO "Kostromaenergo" and OAO "Ivenergo", respectively.
