From the beginning of the year, employees of the Customer Service Center of Orenburg Production Department of Orenburgenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group of Companies), accepted 1,283 requests for technological connection. With their assistance, 1,102 contracts were made up and actual connection of 1,615 objects was performed. The Center also deals with issues related to replacement, sealing and verification of power meters, making up new technical documents to record the change of owner, and non-core activities. The Center operates on a "single window" basis: consumers do not need to visit other Orenburgenergo subdivisions anymore. Convenient location and working schedule help clients to save their time and money. The Customer Service Center is located at: 59, ul. Karagandinskaya, Orenburg and is open from 10:00 a.m. till 07:00 p.m. without any break, 5/7 (from Tuesday to Saturday).
