Moscow, 16 September 2005. As a measure to ensure liquidity of securities of the companies established in the course of electricity reform, a decision was taken by the management bodies of RAO "UES of Russia" to float the newly established companies' shares on stock exchanges.
Shares of the following spin-off companies of regional energos will be included on the list of non-listed securities of ZAO "MICEX Stock Exchange" effective today: OAO "Novgorod Energy Retail Company", OAO "Volgogradenergosbyt", OAO "Ryazan Energy Retail Company", and OAO "Astrakhan Energy Retail Company", established as a result of restructuring of OAO "Novgorodenergo", OAO "Volgogradenergo", OAO "Ryazanenergo" and OAO "Astrakhanenergo", respectively.
