TGC-9 improved the organizational structure

Perm, October 3rd, 2006. In the company the organizational structure was changed – management system of TGC-9 became a two-level one.

The perfection of the organizational structure of the company will increase managerial effectiveness of industrial objects and financial flows in TGC-9 and has been carried out according to the decision of the Board of Directors of TGC-9 from May 31st, 2006.

The company changed the three-level management system for the two-level system – from the management system territorial executive branches were excluded. In the executive machinery they established production directions according to the regions of company work, the functions of which include co-ordination of work of industrial branches of TGC-9 (stations and heat networks). The production direction of TGC-9 of Perm Territory was headed by Vladimir Matasov, of Sverdlovsk region – Leonid Solovyev, of Komi Republic – Yury Tseshkovsky.

They have also modernized the administrative structure of management of the stations – it has become common, with the clear allocation of functional responsibilities of the management personnel.

Optimization of the structure of company management will also allow to cut down managerial expenses.

TGC-9 includes 24 industrial branches: 20 stations and 4 enterprises of heat networks.
