Moscow, 27 September 2005. With effect from today, the share issues of OAO "Astrakhan Energy Retail Company", OAO "Ryazan Heat Supply Company", and OAO "Novgorod Energy Retail Company"—the companies established in the course of regional energos' restructuring—were included in the List of securities admitted to trading but not included in the Quotation Lists of OAO "RTS Stock Exchange".
This step was taken in order to ensure liquidity of securities of the companies established in the course of electricity reform.
