On 3 November 2005, the Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia (FSFM) resolved to register the share issues and share placement reports of the companies spun off from OAO "OAO "Bryanskenergo", OAO "Vologdaenergo", OAO "Dagenergo", OAO "Ivenergo", OAO "Kostromaenergo", OAO "Kurskenergo", OAO "Rostovenergo", OAO "Marienergo", OAO "Omskenergo", OAO "Smolenskenergo", OAO "Tambovenergo", OAO "Tverenergo", OAO "Yarenergo", OAO "Astrakhanenergo", OAO "Vladimirenergo", OAO "Tyumenenergo".

The regulator registered the share issues and share placement reports of the following companies: OAO "Bryansk Trunk Grid Company", OAO "Vologda Retail Company", OAO "Dagestan Trunk Grids", OAO "Ivanovo Trunk Grids", OAO "Kostroma Trunk Grids", OAO "Kursk Trunk Grids", OAO "Rostovenergo Trunk Grid Company", OAO "Mari Trunk Grids", OAO "Omsk Trunk Grid Company", OAO "Smolensk Trunk Electricity Grids", OAO "Tambov Trunk Grid Company", OAO "Tver Trunk Grids", OAO "Yaroslavl Trunk Grids", OAO "Astrakhan Trunk Grids", OAO "Vladimir Trunk Grids", and OAO "Tyumen Trunk Grid Company".

 - 9,506,650 uncertificated registered ordinary shares, par value RUB1.7 per share, for a total value of RUB16,161,305. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-55110-E;

 - 3,147,550 uncertificated registered preferred shares, par value RUB1.7 per share, for a total value of RUB5,350,835. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 2-01-55110-E.

Information for the attention of stock market participants:

Shares in the spin-off companies were distributed among the shareholders of the company reorganized through spin-off.

Shareholders in the reorganized regional energo are entitled to receive, for each share of the class (type) held by them, shares of the same class (type) in each of the newly established companies, at a ratio determined in the resolution on the reorganization.

The date on which the shares in the spin-off companies are placed is the date of state registration of the companies established as a result of regional energos' reorganization. The new shares are to be credited to the securityholder accounts with registrars and to the securities safekeeping accounts with securities depositories in accordance with the records in the share register of the regional energo as at such date.

The new shares are to be credited to the securityholder accounts by the Registrar maintaining the share registers of the newly established companies.
