On working meeting between Alexey Miller and Marcel Ospel

JSC Gazprom’s headquarters has hosted a working meeting between Alexey Miller, Chairman of Gazprom’s Management Committee and Marcel Ospel, Chairman of the Board of Directors of UBS AG.

Alexey Miller informed Marcel Ospel of Gazprom’s strategy in international financial markets. The parties addressed the prospects for cooperation between Gazprom and UBS in that direction.

The meeting also discussed issues in relation to Gazprom’s buying into energy assets and pertinent opportunities emerging for further development of the Company.

A. Miller and M. Ospel exchanged opinions regarding the experience of interaction between Gazprom and UBS as well as potential ways for deeper mutually beneficially cooperation.
