Moscow. 11 November 2005. The Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia (FSFM) registered on 10 November 2005 the issue and report on the results of issue of ordinary shares of OAO "Ulyanovsk Trunk Grids"*. The shares in the newly established company had been acquired by its only founder, OAO "Ulyanovskenergo".

According the share issue resolution and share placement report, the company issued 500 million ordinary shares, par value of RUB1 per share. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-55107-?.

OAO "Ulyanovsk Trunk Grids" was spun off from OAO "Ulyanovskenergo", which is being restructured according to an individual scenario different from the basic one.

The state registration of OAO "Ulyanovsk Trunk Grids" took place on 29 July 2005.
