Moscow, November 14, 2005. CenterTelecom (RTS: ESMO, ESMOP; MICEX: CTLK, CTLKP; OTC: CRMUY) presented the major areas of new services to be developed and strategic tasks facing the Company.

In the Marriott Aurora Hotel Deputy General director, Marketing Director of OJSC CenterTelecom Sergei Pridantsev had a meeting with representatives of the investment community.

During the meeting Sergei Pridantsev delivered a presentation where he outlined the current status, the major development lines of the company's new services and the mid-term strategic tasks and also answered numerous questions from the analysts.

The major projects currently implemented by CenterTelecom are creation of the State-of-the-art Communications Center on the basis of the Kaluga Branch of the Company, and a project of developing broadband access and multiservice network services in six pilot regions. Once implemented, these and other projects will allow CenterTelecom to consolidate its leading positions on the market of new telecommunications services in Central Federal District.
