In the context of the II Russian-Chinese energy forum held at SPIEF 2019, Pavel Livinskiy, Rosseti CEO, presented cooperation plans for the two countries in the electric power industry.

"Currently, digital technologies are being introduced in many areas including the electric power industry. In general, the digital transformation of the power grid complex gives a serious impetus to the development of related industries, contributes to the growth of consumer service standards. Now, pilot projects of digital transformation including with the participation of the best foreign companies, are being successfully implemented in Russia. 

At the forum, we concluded agreements with NARI Group Corporation and China Energy Engineering Corporation inviting companies to participate in projects of construction and modernization of power grid facilities in Russia and third countries, with the involvement of international funds and financial development institutions as well as to localize the production of equipment that has no Russian analogues in Russia," Pavel Livinskiy said.
